Identity (ies)

Had Japanese test today. Hope it won't be as worse as last semester. I then had British history seminar in the afternoon. Today we talked about British identity and culture in the 18th century, especially the public sphere issue. Interestingly, as the Prof. mentioned, we tend to emphasize our identity more frequently and strongly in foreign countries/cultures than our native one. But no matter what identities we hold, we're all human that need respect etiquette towards others and ourselves through upholding certain ethics and virtues.

今日は日本語のテストがありましたから、ちょっと大変でした。テストの後は眠いでしたけど、午後は英国の歴史のセミナーがあって、ちょっと残念でした。今日のセミナーは十八世紀の英国人のアイデンティティ公共圏を話し合いました。私は英国の歴史は　あまり知らないですから、難しいですが、面白くて興味深いと思います。そして、この先生はちょっと変ですが、優しい人です。

誰もかもアイデンティティをもっています。私は香港人のアイデンティティを認めと思います。歴史の理由があるから、香港の文化は 現代の中国の文化と畢竟　違っています。何アイデンティティーを使っていますか。歴史と文化ですか。言語ですか。国家か社会ですか。地域の独自性ですか。家族ですか。多分誰もが別様の答えを持っていますね。それから、いくつかのアイデンティティー想像上のアイデンティティーだと思います。外国にアイデンティティーの質問の省察がたくさんあります。

どんなアイデンティティーても　私たちは人ですから、尊重と礼儀が要りますね。
